She is survived by: her children, Walter Donald Adkins (Janice), Charlotte Brown (Joseph), Sandra Singleton (Gene) and Jean Sullivan (Keith); her daughter-in-law Kathy Adkins; and her grandchildren, William Jeffery Lowery (Stacey), Kimmi Creel (Johnny), Dina Odom, Corey Fox, Kevin Adkins, Robbie Adkins, Mitch Adkins, Tommy Adkins and Necey Adkins.
