He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Lewis (Tina), Tim Lewis (Sherry) and Mark Lewis (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Brandi Simpson (Chris), Keith Lewis (Heather), Eric Lewis (Danielle), Adam Lewis, Erin Colvin (Tyler) and Megan Garner; his stepgrandchildren, Jake Gamble (Shannon) and Paul Green (Shelly); and his siblings, Robert Franklin and Sylvia Gulledge.
