Eleanor Gamble Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2020, at the age of 85, Eleanor Gamble of Jefferson, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jones and Lillian Jones; her husband Ethridge H. Gamble; and her siblings, Patrick Jones, James Allen Jones, George Denman Jones and Mary Murphy.

She is survived by: her children, Sonya Davis (Bobby), Mary Phillips (Jim) and Conrad Gamble (Claire); her grandchildren, Catherine Crowe (Buck), Stephanie Price, James Phillips Jr., Cooper Davis, Stephen Gamble and Jonathan Gamble (Sierra); and her great grandchildren, Roman Davis and Poppy Davis.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to be made to Huffman Baptist Church or the American Heart Association.
