He was predeceased by: his parents, Oran Fields and Youella Jordan Fields; his former wife Suzelle Phelps Fields; his wife Shirley Phelps Fields; his son Todd Sterling Fields; and his brother Royce Fields.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Fields, Jr. (Marsha), Kerri Fields Spivak, Greg Dupree (Denise) and Clay Dupree (Carrie); his grandchildren, Megan Dupree Odom (Daniel), Taylor Fields, Corey Dupree (Michelle), Jordan Spivak, Mallory Fields, Katie Dupree, Amanda Lawson and Melissa Worley; his former wife Ann Clark; and also Debbie Douglas (Frank). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Of Oak Grove Cemetery.
