He was predeceased by: his parents, W. M. Adkins and Lorene Adkins; his grandparents, Chester, Tressie Adkins, Bradford and Pauline Jackson; his brother-in-law Todd Foster; and his niece Brittney Shae Adkins.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Foster Adkins; his son Brad Adkins (Angela); and his grandson Graham Adkins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
