He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Katie Lewis and Corine Busbin. He is survived by: his parents, Nick Lewis (Jill) and Andrea Patrick (Ken); his siblings, Jillian Graham (Matt), Emmie Lewis, Allison Pate and Dawson Pate; his grandfather Jerry Busbin; his aunt Bonita Dockery; and his nieces and nephews, Drew, Tucker, Cori Kate Graham and Jameson Clemons.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
