He is survived by: his parents, Nick Lewis (Jill) and Andrea Patrick (Ken); his siblings, Jillian Graham (Matt), Emmie Lewis, Allison Pate and Dawson Pate; his grandfather Jerry Busbin; his aunt Bonita Dockery; and his nieces and nephews, Drew, Tucker, Cori Kate Graham and Jameson Clemons.
