He is survived by: his children, Carl Smith (Desiree Duffy-Smith), Tommy Scott Smith and Melissa Heflin; his stepson Adam Prescott Smith; his sister Susan Bobo (Tommy); and his grandchildren, Austin, Kayla, Nicole, Blake, Bradley, Braxton and Madison. He is also survived by Several Great Grandchildren.
