He was predeceased by: his father Wilburn Thomas Self; and his sister Donna Jo Self. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Kaye Self; his mother Mary Frances Self; his siblings, Linda Yvette Harrison and W. T. Self (Butch); his friend Cindy Self Crane; his niece Angela Kaye Morrow (John); his nephews, Mark Allan Harrison (Andrea), David Wayne Harrison (Eugenia), Jeremy and Jonathan Self; and his great-nieces, Sophia Jolie Morrow and Anneliese Marie Harrison.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Collins-Burke Chapel (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504).
