She is survived by: her husband Kenneth A. Lay; her children, Rhonda Lay Abbott and Kenny R. Lay; her grandchildren, Julie Abbott, Sally Watts (Phillip) and Dalton Lay; her great grandchildren, Alivia Abbott, Ella Watts, Scarlet Abbott, Presley Perdock, Julian Poe, Freddie Poe and Cohen Watts; her siblings, Patsy Stricklin (Jerry), J. L. Rigsby (Janis), Jake Rigsby (Peggy), Wendell Rigsby (Martha) and Harold David Rigsby (Johnnie); and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Rose Rigsby, Shirley Lee Rigsby, Laura Rigsby and Carolyn Lay. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
