She is survived by: her husband Dr. John Crump; her children, Nolan Sparks (Dina), Terri Bolen (Johnny), Leigh Spano (Judd) and Dr. Bubba Crump (Karen); her grandchildren, Alex Sparks, Adam Sparks (Lisa), Sylvie Sparks, John Tyler Bolen (Winter), Morgan Biggers (Paul), Taylor Spano (Tyler), J. Michael Crump and Bryson Crump; her great grandchildren, Jase Bolen and Olivia Biggers; and her brother Al Shumaker (Anne).
