He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Clyde Willoughby, Josie Willoughby Dunbar, Bill, Bonnie Sligh and Danny Mack Little.

He is survived by: his former wife McKenna Little-Sligh; his daughter Sylvie Rosa Sligh; his parents, Terry Sligh and Viva Willoughby Sligh; and his brother Andrew Sligh (Martha Diana Little). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Desperation Church of Jasper, Union Hill Baptist Church building fund of Oneonta, or Recovery Resource Center-1503 5th Ave S. Jasper, AL 35501.
