She was predeceased by: her husband William "Hank" Cunningham; her sons, Jody Ray Cunningham and Wayne Dale Cunningham; and her sisters, Martha Ruth Bryant and Juanita Seybert.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Lowe; her siblings, Judy Reid, Lois Hawkins, Rita Handley and Alan Hawkins; her grandchildren, Corey, Kristen Phillips and Amber Snow; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Snow, Chloe Phillips, Charli Phillips, Daniel Brunner and Paisley Williams.
