He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Owen Bowmaster and Robert W. Bowmaster, Sr.; his siblings, Debra Decoursey, Butch Ertwine and Nick "Bruce" Bowmaster; and his son-in-law Jerald Wayne "Jaye" Key, III.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Louise Pulliam; his children, Kayla Bowmaster Cole (Randy), Krista Bowmaster Key Atkins (Tyler), Whitney Butler, Kyle Freeman (Christina), Coltan Bowmaster (Reba) and Joseph Butler (Kirsten); his siblings, Robbie Tassara, Billie Jo Gilliland (Johnny), Cindy Abbott (Frank), Sherrill Simcisko, Owen Ertwine and Rick Bowmaster; and his pet Patches. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Chapel (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504).
