He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Z. "Tink" Weaver and Louise Jones Weaver of Parrish; his sisters, Diane McCullar, Nina Jo Self and Vickie Franks; and his brother-in-law Bruce McCullar.
He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Weaver of Tuscaloosa and Rich Weaver (Kayla) of Jasper; his grandchildren, Peyton, Alyson Weaver and Jones Weaver; his brothers-in-law, Jessie Self and Carey Franks; his nephews, Seth McCullar, Jacob McCullar and Heath Franks; the mother of his children Tommie Heinrich; his aunt Sue Banks; his cousin Patrice Banks; and also, Jeannie Everett-Weaver and Angie Herron.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Rickey's memory.
