She was predeceased by: her husband Ike May (Isaac); her daughter Linda May Horwitz; and her son-in-law Donald Horwitz. She is survived by: her children, Norma (Sandy Goldberg), Marlene (Ricky Beringer), Fred (Susan May), Gloria (Paul Sternberg), Robert (Stacy May) and Joel May (Kevin Kirby); her grandchildren, Jan, Dennis Williams, Jeff Horwitz, Lydia Beringer, Leigh Anne, David Nomberg, Stephanie, Michael Beasley, Ryan May, Matthew Sternberg, Lizzie Amundsen, Zach Sternberg, Austin May and Benjamin May; and also, Emma, Chloe Horwitz, George, Will Beringer, Lillie, Ellis Nomberg, Zoey Borden, Ella, Becca Beasley, Evan Foltz, Taylor and Christopher Reynolds.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be directed to Walker Area Community Foundation (wacf.org) and Southeast Hospice (southeasthospicenetwork.com).
