He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Bevan and Ida Bevan; his wife Loyce Kimbrell Bevan; his sons, Gary Darrell Bevan and Ronald Douglas Bevan; and his siblings, Olen Bevan, Elzo Bevan, Arlie Bevan, Calvin Bevan, Mary Kimbrell, Julia Kimbrell and Velman Bozeman.
He is survived by: his daughter Rae Bevan Fountain (Wyatt).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Kilgore Green Funeral Home (1200 Birmingham Ave, Jasper, AL 35501).
