With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Joseph Palmer Sr. of Jasper, Alabama, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on May 5, 2022 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Arthur and Mary Kathleen Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia Vines Palmer; his children, Phillip J. Palmer, Jr. (Neena) and Melissa K. Woodley (Jacob); his granddaughter Amelia Jane Woodley; and his brother David Palmer. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
