He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Crump and Iva Lee Henry Crump; his siblings, J. C. Crump, Charles Crump, Duette Crump Kilpatrick and Marie Crump Pendley Davis; his son-in-law Paul Keith Johnson; and his great grandchild Salem Keith Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Pattie Sue Blanton Crump; his daughters, Candy Johnson, Tammy Burgett (Tommy) and Kim Hood (David); his grandchildren, Summer Johnson Cantrell, Dustin Johnson, Coty Burgett, Lil David Hood and Heather Hood Earnest; and his sister-in-law Melba Lou Bolton Crump.
