He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jo Rigsby; his parent Luria Rigsby; and his siblings, Sally Crocker, Don Rigsby, Joe Rigsby, Curt Rigsby, MacArthur Rigsby and Bobby Rigsby.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Norton (Sanford) and Steve Rigsby; his siblings, Betty Robbins, Sylvia Lay (Kenneth), Patsy Stricklin (Jerry), J. L. Rigsby (Janis), Jake Rigsby, Wendell Rigsby (Martha) and Harold David Rigsby (Johnnie); his grandchildren, Meyka Leigh Rigsby and Shawn Rigsby; and his great grandchildren, Nyla Brook Kendrick and Halana Lee Rigsby.
