Patricia Ann Hammonds Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Ann Hammonds of Jasper, Alabama, born in Bremen, Alabama, who passed away on February 15, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Ray Hammonds; her parents, Mode Cephus Williams and Lillian Garner Williams; and her siblings, Earl Williams, Charles Leamon Williams, James Willard Williams, Wilburn Williams and Marie Reynolds.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Aaron Bay (Michael Alex), Tracy Williams (Warren) and Brian Hammonds (Shay); her grandchildren, Randi Thomas, Savana Windham, Michael Matthew Bay, Anna Bay, Christina Brown, Nolan Hammonds, Lawrence Hammonds and Lana Kate Hammonds; her great grandchild Brysen Lee; and her sisters, Cecelia Williams Smith and Janice Turner Thomas.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Usrey Funeral Home Chapel (516 North St E, Talladega, AL 35160). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to her church at Concord Methodist Church at 85 Concord Church Road in Talladega, Alabama.
