She was predeceased by: her husband Houston Paul Barton; her parents, William Miller and Nancy Miller; and her siblings, Bernard Miller and Dorothy Jean Miller.

She is survived by: her siblings, Kathleen Fields and James Miller (Oma). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials to be made to Aiken Grove Baptist Church in Sipsey, AL.
