She is survived by: her sons, Justin Hammack (April) and Josh Hammack (Ashley); her grandchildren, Jaden Hammack, Haley Hammack, Drew Hammack, Tay Fox, Tren Fox and Lilly Hammack; her mother Myrtice Key; and her sisters, Bonita Trotter (Jerry), Janis Jackson (Kenneth) and Sandy Windham (Keith). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
