She was predeceased by: her husband Lynn Cooner; her parents, William David Richardson and Pearl Roberts Richardson; and her siblings, Nellodean Underwood (Charles), Herbert Richardson and Ralph Richardson.

She is survived by: her son Michael Lynn Cooner (Dolores). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to New Prospect Baptist Church.
