She was predeceased by: her husband Earnest A. Hulsey; her daughters, Sharon Diane Hulsey and Chere Hulsey; her parents, Robert Andrew Bell and Irene Grace Bell; and her siblings, Bennie Bell, George Bell, Marvin Bell, Margie Bell, Ruth Bell (Huggins) and Nettie Bell (Dutton).
She is survived by: her sister Gaynell Bell Windham; her granddaughter Amber Key (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Jordan Luke Kilgore, Michael Allen Kilgore and Kennedy Harper Key.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Collins-Burke Chapel (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504).
