It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Katherine Payne (Jasper, Alabama), who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Cranford and Lillian Cranford. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Tommy Payne; her children, Katherine Payne, Jeff Payne and Lillian Trombley (David); and her grandchildren, Thomas Payne and Warner Payne. She is also survived by many other family members and lots and lots of dear friends.
