She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Hawkins and Viva Hawkins; her husband Albert Jr.; her children, Timothy Smith and Donna Tidwell; and her sister Juanita Hawkins Seybert.
She is survived by: her son Stephen Smith; and her siblings, Shirlene Cunningham, Judy Reid Whatley, Lois Hawkins, Rita Handley and Allen Hawkins. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
