She was predeceased by: her sons, Carl Kendrick Jr. and Phillip D. Kendrick; and her parents, Robert Pearson and Agnes Dutton. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Yates (Danny) of Boldo and Luan Kendrick of Boldo; her grandchildren, Tara Kendrick, Zachary Yates (Charity), Joshua Yates (Lishia), Jodie Kendrick and Caroline Kendrick; her great grandchildren, Luke Yates, Savannah Yates and Leah Grace Yates; and her sisters, Annie Sue Fike of Jasper, Carolyn Barton of Vestavia and Judy Smith of Jasper.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org or American Cancer Society.
