He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Ervin Moore and Ruth Moore. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Moore; his children, Erika Lucas (Austin), Mark Russell Moore, II and Christopher Ryan Moore; his sister Deb Moore; and his grandchildren, Gemma Lucas and Greyson Lucas. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
