She is survived by: her children, John West, Casey West (Michelle), Andy West (Lisa) and Steve West (Prissy); her grandchildren, Reid Hale (Kati), Mason West, Ethan West, Luke West and Carter West; her great grandchild Cannon Hale; and her niece Wendy Ray.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to American Cancer Society Suite C 2132 McFarland Blvd. East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404.
