She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Earnest; her son Larry M. Earnest; her parents, Alma Norris and Duffy Norris; and her siblings, Lecil Norris, Leslie Norris and Letia Lanzby Norris.

She is survived by: her children, Wayne Earnest (Beverly) and Mary Earnest; and her grandchildren, Amy Humphries, Brian Earnest, Jennie McAdams, Mary Aslin Hodges and Laurie Warden. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
