She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Blevins and Effie Blevins; her siblings, Lowel Blevins, Earnie Blevins and Pernie Quinn; and her son-in-law Wayne Parvin.

She is survived by: her husband Ronald Capps; and her children, Jeff Capps (Karen) and Angie Parvin. She is also survived by her several great-grandchildren.
