He was predeceased by: his children, Destiny Love Meadows and Justin Kenn Meadows; and his sister Kristy Michelle Meadows. He is survived by: his parents, Sandra Meadows and John Meadows; and his son John Kary Meadows. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren.
