She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Gant; her son Michael Brent Gant; her parents, Paul Busby and Evelyn Busby; her brother John Busby; her niece Rhonda Williams (Walt); her nephews, James Butch Jent, Buck Busby and Barry Morrow; and her brothers-in-law, Larry Morrow, Leon Gant and Larry Sullivan.

She is survived by: her son Shane Gant (Amanda); her grandchildren, Joe Hunter Gant, Ella Gant and Cash Gillespie; her sisters, Paula Jent (Jimmy) and Janice Sullivan; her sister-in-law Sue Morrow; and her nieces and nephews, Beth Bullock (Junior), Amy Kennedy (Jerry), Lori Sullivan, Chris Sullivan (Stacey), Derek Busby (Cindy), Jerri Kay Pendley, Dana Thrasher, Debbie Kiker, Chad Busby and Angie Fitts (Danny).
