He is survived by: his children, Scotty Livingston, Penny Phillips and Kristy Taylor (Wesley); his grandchildren, Jennifer Royster (David), Brittany Phillips, Gabe Taylor and Jacy Gann; his great grandchildren, Haley Royster, Preston Royster, Addison Royster and Emma Royster; his siblings, Ray Baker, Betty Harbin (Richard), Mack Phillips and Roger Phillips (Cheryl); and his parents-in-law, Betty Sue Brown (Ronnie), Carylon Compton (Gary) and Debra Garrett (Billy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
