He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanette Robertson; and his brother-in-law Monroe Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Abbott Robertson; his children, Misty Smith (Douglas Saunders), Crystal Higgins (Lance Higgins) and Timothy Robertson (Kim Robertson); his siblings, Barbara "Annette" Burnette, Carolyn "Denise" Moody and Carlos "Gene" Robertson; his sisters-in-law, Myra Haley (Wayne) and Kathy Blackwell; and his grandchildren, Maiya, Colby, Praislyn, Ean, Alanna and Lilly.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Curry Church of God (8380 Curry Hwy, Jasper, AL 35503). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
