He is survived by: his wife Jackie Colburn Harper; his children, Tracey Harper Sharp, Rachel Bailey (Tim) and Ryan Elliott (Shelby); and his siblings, Billy Harper, Danny Harper, Diane Harper Portzer and Anita Harper Madison. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
