He is survived by: his wife Susan Michelle Parrish; his parents, Linda Gale Burton Parrish and John Joseph Parrish, Sr.; his daughters, Sara Beth Parrish and Anna Morgan Parrish; his stepdaughter Susan Alexis "Lexi" Sprinkle; his sons, Brodie Scott Parrish and Judson Neil Parrish; his sisters, Heather Michelle Holbrook (Daniel) and Christa Susanne Busbee (Michael); and his grandparents, Johnnie and Wayne Parrish of Carbon Hill.
