She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Hooten of Jasper; her children, Norma Rachel Sweigard of Tuscaloosa and Sawyer Nation Sweigard of Jasper; and her siblings, Susan Dianne Welch of Tuscaloosa and Edwin Scott Deavours of Tuscaloosa.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Funeral Home (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Collins-Burke Chapel (303 Oak Hill Rd, Jasper, AL 35504).
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Indian Creek Youth Camp or Lions Club International.
