He is survived by: his wife Melinda Clark; his son Jason Clark (Brandy); his brothers, Ted Clark (Darlene) and Terry Clark (Niti); his grandchildren, Tyler Cleghorn (Dusty), Jacob Clark and Raven Clark; and his great grandchild Izzy Cleghorn.
