He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Whitlock; his children, Alonna Brown, Lauren DeLorme, Rita Rushing and James Hawkins; his brother Greg Whitlock; his grandchildren, Atticus Brown, Porter Barrett, Mary Frances Barrett, Patricia DeLorme, Jessica Yeager, Haley Smith, Natasha Heacox and Cody Hawkins; and his great grandchildren, Brock Yeager, Cydney Yeager, Jack Gray, CeCe Heacox, Asher Heacox, Caroline Smith, Briar Smith, Sawyer Hawkins and Aelin Hawkins.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Walker Memory Gardens (692 AL-5, Jasper, AL 35503).
