He was predeceased by: his parents, James Spain and Jean Spain; his grandfather Noah Spain; his daughter Kimberly Spain; and his grandson Devin Spain.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Faye Spain; his sons, James Gregory Spain and Jeremy Brian Spain; and his brother Tommy Spain. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren.
