It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Little (Jasper, Alabama), born in Townley, Alabama, who passed away on April 22, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint James leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin H. Little and Ruby Jones Little Simpson; his siblings, Royce Little and Susie Martin; and his father-in-law J. E..
He is survived by: his wife Janet Little; his daughter Tera "Buffy" Higginbotham; his siblings, Tammy Glasglow (James), Chuck Little and Dennis Little (Faye); his granddaughter Abbi Higginbotham; and his mother-in-law Myra Stacks.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Hunters Chapel Holy Church of Christ (331 Hunters Chapel Rd, Jasper, AL 35501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
