She was predeceased by: her husband Willie Horace Edwards, Sr.; her parents, Thomas Jefferson "Jeff" Smith and Feneda Martin Smith; her brothers, Thomas Lynn Smith, Jimmy Joe Smith and Raymond Earl Smith; and her daughters-in-law, Angela Gilland Edwards and Nena Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Davis (Paul) of Jasper, Jimmy Edwards of Nauvoo and Willie Horace Edwards, Jr. of Jasper; her sister Faye Sherer of Double Springs; her grandchildren, Amanda Tatum of Jasper, Chad Edwards (Amber) of Jasper, Andrew Edwards (Tiffney) of Jasper and Courtney Davis Walker (Ryan) of Jasper; and her great grandchildren, Jyllian Adams, Kaiden Edwards, Brently Pugh, Bryant Edwards, Kynlee Graham, Addyson Edwards, Gavin Edwards, Ava Walker, Hunter McNiese and Brookelyn McNiese.
