He is survived by: his siblings, Janice Meadows, Reba Burgett, Richard Shubert and Bryan Shubert; his aunt Vaudie Sherer; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Herron (David), Mandy Higginbothem, Becky Romine (Jamie), Josh Burgett, Gary Meadows and Michael Meadows.
