He is survived by: his wife Landa Whitten Blackwell; his children, Dana Blackwell Pate (Dale), Ronnie Lynn Blackwell and Buddy Paul Guthrie; his brother Rickey Blackwell (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Shayla, Reagen and Brooke; and his great grandchildren, Taylon, Ella, KoriLee, Kennady and Kylee.
