She was predeceased by: her parents, Kirby Black and Lucy Black; and her sisters, Annette Rogers and Janell Gilbert. She is survived by: her sons, Chad Hopkins (Darcy) and Caleb Hopkins (Maria); her grandchildren, Jackson Hopkins, Hayes Hopkins, Lucia Hopkins and Astrid Hopkins; and her siblings, Patsy Smith and John Black. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Operation Thanksgiving at Glory Fellowship Baptist Church.
