He is survived by: his parents, Stephan and Lori; his grandfather Shannon Patton; and also, Aunt Sharon Patton Key, Uncles Lawrence Patton (Katherine), Mitchel Bland, Samantha Key Curtis (Jerame) and Austin Patton.

“Ethan Peyton Bland Posted Saturday, April 7, 2018 May 23, 1999 — April 4, 2018 It is with great sadness that the family of Ethan Peyton Bland announces his unexpected passing on April 4, 2018, at the age of 18. Ethan was a dedicated, talented and bright young man. Ethan was currently attending Bevill State Community College where he was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, 2017-2018 Chapter Officer. In addition, Ethan was also a member of the National Society of Leadership, Success Honor Society, and an active member of the Scholar’s Society. The family will receive friends today, April 8, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 2:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Ethan will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Stephan and Lori Bland; grandfather, Shannon Patton; aunt, Sharon Patton Key; uncles, Lawrence Patton (Katherine), and Mitchel Bland; cousins, Samantha Key Curtis (Jerame), and Austin Patton; and many great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.
