She was predeceased by: her husband JC McDonald; her son JC McDonald, Jr.; her siblings, Linda Adams and Robert Spaulding; and her granddaughter Amanda Whisenhunt.

She is survived by: her children, Raven McDonald, Canrell McDonald, Timothy McDonald, Robert Neil McDonald and Jeffery McDonald; and her sister Charlotte Madison. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren.
