He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Clay Kelley and Mary Ballanger Kelley; his brother Wallace Berry Kelley; and his son Brad Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Mary Chandler Kelley; and his children, Heather Kelley Aaron, Stephen Kelley and Charles Tidwell, Jr.. He is also survived by Two Sisters; One Brother; Eight Grandchildren.
