He is survived by: his brother Terry Millican of Jasper, AL; his sons, Michael (Susan Millican) of Lakeland, FL, Gary (Wendy Millican) of Atlanta, GA, David (Becky Millican) of Tampa, FL. and Mike; and also Toni Millican of Tampa, FL.
